Is This for You?
The Path of Yoga is a 200-hour immersive training for people who feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga.

You want more than a surface-level experience of yoga and are ready to commit to a structured, intentional path of study, practice, and self-inquiry. You do not need to want to teach to belong here.

This training is for you if you:

  • Want to deepen your personal practice, clarify your understanding of yoga, and experience the support of an immersive container
  • Are ready to explore yoga as a complete system that includes asana, breath, and philosophy
  • Are curious about traditional yoga teachings and value learning within a respected lineage, with care, integrity, and context
  • Want to understand why we practice what we practice, not just how to move through poses
  • Are ready to slow down, listen more closely, and engage with yoga as a path of awareness and growth
  • Want to learn to lead from a grounded, experiential place, rooted in personal practice rather than performance or trends
  • Are open to being challenged, humbled, and supported, both on the mat and beyond it
  • Value community, shared practice, and learning alongside others who are equally committed to the process

This training is not about rushing toward a certification or mastering advanced poses. It is about committing to the process and allowing understanding, confidence, and clarity to develop over time.

If you feel a quiet pull toward deeper practice, greater clarity, or a more integrated way of living yoga, this may be your next step.
